Peler la carotte et la tailler en fines lani\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conome. Bien faire chauffer de l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. M\u00e9langer les lani\u00e8res de carotte par portions avec la sauce, \u00e9goutter, faire croustiller env. 1 min sur chaque face. Retirer le lard de carotte, \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant, garder en attente au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peler les oignons et l\u2019ail, couper les oignons en rouelles, et l\u2019ail en lamelles, mettre les deux dans un sachet en plastique. Ajouter la farine, secouer vigoureusement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons et l\u2019ail soient uniform\u00e9ment enrob\u00e9s de farine. Bien faire chauffer de l\u2019huile dans la po\u00eale. Faire croustiller les rouelles d\u2019oignons et les lamelles d\u2019ail env. 20 min sur feu moyen en les retournant de temps en temps, saler, garder en attente au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peler les pommes de terre et les couper en d\u00e9s d\u2019env. 2 cm. Porter le bouillon et la cr\u00e8me de soja \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole.
